Biddenham car sales -Avoid them!

The owner, a guy called Ash, real name Ali Khan is a con man. He sold my lad a 62 reg Audi A3 for £7000. It looked ok. Got it home and found it has been involved in a serious accident. The chassis is twisted and it has been declared un roadworthy. Tried to talk to him to get him to refund as is the law. He then shut down his website and dissapeared. We are now having to go through the courts to find him and see that he is prosecuted for selling an unroadworthy vehicle and to get our money back. If anybody knows of his whereabouts I would be keen to hear from them. 07738442893
