A cautionary tale about dealing with this "Adam". We recently engaged his services to repair render, paint the house and replace the house roof. He duly removed the roof to our shed then he had a falling out with his roofer, had a hissy fit with my wife over the phone and then refused to start the job. We are left shellshocked, confused with a broken roof and, to top it all, he's blocked our telephone number! I've heard it said, he's unstable, unreliable and flakey. You have been warned.
